    exactly choratio...all this hold up to get the frack regulations in place ...and yet i have heard some scuttlebut that what is being overlooked here (considering the 1968 well you mention ) is that there is every chance of there being economically recoverable gas on cels leases without the need for fracking...now wouldn't that be a nice sweetener
