Why would anybody offer 8c for a takeover when the current price is 4.2c on market, the company is in dire need of funds and has a long track record of giving shares away at a discount to new sophs? Genuine question.
I know what Id be doing if i had big money and wanted a stake and it would not involve injecting any money right now.
