Hi Geezer good luck with getting some realistic predictions. I don't know the Perth market so I am not going to comment specifically on it. For the properties in my focus here in SA in the $140 to $200k range I am expecting a drop of anywhere up to 20% from the peak with a period of price stagnation. From my point of view some of the higher end properties in the $1m + range may drop by some of the extreme amounts predicted here.
