Past comments indicate that KCN's major shareholders want us to pursue full PRI claim USD$200m. An expected response considering how Zurich and syndicate of re-insurers have treated KCN.
Zurich and Syndicate obviously aware of the subrogation clause. Considering KCN will not back down it be interesting to know where the Syndicate is weighing up paying up the claim or continue to pay legal fees in pursuing their weak case.
