realistic true value

Hi fellow holders
with the recent announcement made I would like an opinion on what the true value would be if FDL's drill results prove positive.

is there a similar company that has proven resource's that we can compare with?

what is the value in sp worth considering that added bonus of infrastructure close by?

also remembering the new global iron ore price's.
