There is also a saying that goes like this, max, risk, max pain, could equal max gain, max profit.
For me at 63, I am told I am greedy by a used car salesmen and also my good wife, however this chance of a lifetime only comes around twice in a lifetime.
Once when I didn't know anything, and now, I've grabed the chance with both hands.
