I often get on this forum to read who i consider to be much more intelligent educated investors than me. ive learnt alot and will continue to log on and read in hope of learning more about not only EXR but trading in general. I do however beleive that there are some people that are far too positive about where EXR is at, particularly recent weeks.
One saying i have herd in regards to trading that has resonated with me is 'never fall in love with a stock'. I think i have been guilty of this with EXR, Rose coloured glasses so to speak. given i have seen my investment literally halve over the last few weeks ect. perhaps its time to be more realistic about the current situation. the current situation is no good no matter how you spin it.
50 cents to 25 cents after a 36 cent CAP raise is quite simply bad. I fell in love and have been burnt.. perhaps its time for mistress..
