will buy if she goes near 15 again... volatile at a minimum for the rest of the year imo
and we are getting interest rate cut headlines now in the paper.. banks up down whatever until nov dec... we have to see what they do Quarter by Quarter... Half by Half and Year by Year to see whatis actually going on
you can trade it, but must be brave or have good strategy and stick to it .. pick the latter
