My opinion only do what you will but I would be very careful in averaging down. Mistake i have made too many times.

Ask yourself what in the next 12 months can you see to make this go over 0.014 ? and then ask what's more likely a) they succeed and if they do whats the likelihood someone will swoop in for a takeover? or b) voluntary or involuntary administration? or c) another consolidation and/or cap raise?
Then ask how much are you willing to lose?
Going for a dead stick landing mate and they dont have a Sullenberger to perform a miracle
