Realistics Timelines

Inspired by questions around timelines in the other thread, I thought it might be worth a separate thread.

For some guidance, I looked back at the announcements from FEx for their Iron Ridge project. Same region, same port, similar volumes etc . The main difference is Fenix was shipping a DSO (Direct Shipping Ore), so there was no processing and minimal fixed plant to be constructed. Not the same, but it does give a few hints to some of the major milestones we need to be looking for.
