The reality is that we don't yet know what the reality is, until Lynas produces samples this month & those samples are then reviewed by customers.
Only then will the Price and Demand will be determined.
Until then, no-one can state that they know what the reality is.
I would treat any forecast of 10 years in the Rare Earth space as being subject to so many influences over that period of time that to use that as a reality would be foolish.
