I think pausing the on market 10/12 buyback for a few days is ok. There are rules about how the performance fee is reinvested. If NTA is below share price then new shares are issued at NTA. The pause might have something to do with establishing the real share price with no buyback occuring. (Even though in this case the share price is obviously well below NTA). I am happy so long as the performance fee buyback commences on Monday and completes as soon as practicable as per the announcement. I would then hope the 10/12 on market buyback resumes and completes in full on schedule. Good to see a little bit of 'real' buying support appearing in last couple of days. Hopefully that also continues!
