Perhaps you have just identified an undervalued LIC and you should be buying ?
if the managers are not selling (and why would they ), why would you ?
Listed securities are listed for your security and convenience. If you don’t like a particular stock...... just sell it; but don’t complain that the SP SHOULD be higher just because the NTA is significantly higher !
Its a free market economy with free market forces. Either you have confidence in LSF in that the SP will eventually go close to NTA or you don’t. If you don’t, then sell ! Easy !!!!!
