"operational changes" - as mentioned in the report, can possibly only mean one thing - ie operations at the mine, are not going as planned , which probably means costs are too high. operational change could well mean that the mine will close down.

proven reserves are not all that great - and there would not be much chance of raising the millions of dollars that the company has mentioned it needs for a mill etc etc
