Kofi says the war on Iraq is illegal. Is this the same bloke that did nothing when all those people (Tutsi I think) were being murdered in Africa? Is that why he didn't intervene, since it would have been illegal? I'm sure the dead and their relatives would apopreciate that.
And how about the Kosovars who only survived because of the intervention of the Americans, I suppose he thought that was illegal as well.
