I have been reading the posts for a few days and Im afraid my opinion is we have a lot of emotion and very little facts.
For the record I own 7.83 M SBL
I have taken the time to research Lion and its business plan. For my opinion it seems vastly superior to the plan being unfolded by current SBl management and I would prefer to see my capital invested with the Lion business plan than the SBL business plan.

from the Ghana release above
Work on the Kashmir project area in Ghana began in June 2011 and took approximately 3
months from the initial site assessment, to the assembly of equipment, site preparation and
commercial production. Currently, the Kashmir project area holds the potential of more than
15 km2 of unpegged ground available. Gravel grades of between 0.5-3g /m3 of gold are
expected based on gravel thickness of between one to seven metres. The Group targets a
potential mining volume of 30 million m3 of gravel over 5 years, with an estimated production of
1 million oz au over 5 years.
My comments
Well we all choose to buy or sell but for me the business plan is simple, low capex, fast to produce, and even faster to payback the startup costs. I love gold as a product to sell !!!
So when you consider the choice between a SBl business plan and the Lion plan I will roll my capital to them.
For each shareholder you can make your own choices based on your own research.
Good luck to all but please remember the old wall st favourite..
Dont get emotional about stock !!!!!
