if nxs develops crux on its own - oil rights transfer to shell at 2021(shell already has the gas): but nexus can pump out as much oil as it wants till dec 2020 - rate limited by mechanical capacity to pump out)
If nxs hands over operation to shell and joins shell in JV on crux then NXS retains perpetual rights to oil in crux (but then rate of oil extracted will be determined by shell and the cash flow and ability to develop Echuca shoals and other project will be hampered -NOTE that crux is the crux now but Echuca shoals is viewed as the jewel in the crown)
