Not a bad title for this thread Occam.

Only I think the NXS board have decided a reality check was needed and THAT is the reason IT went. This means the board are serious and expect some results. The reality is that given NXS assets and all the current buzz amid the sector in which NXS operates, it is crazy to think the share price is what it is. Ultimately the board must hold someone accountable and unfortunately that person was IT. When you get the big pay, a board must expect the big results and IT had enough time to do so.

Remember, no matter what your inward looking views are on NXS as a company, if you look outward the picture is really positive. NXS is a player with valuable proven assets that are only going to get more valuable as the Browse market gets even hotter. Ultimately someone WILL see that and pounce in some form by either partnering or taking those assets for themselves. What kind of transaction? With who? In what timeframe? details details details.

At least with IT gone, there may be a little more buzz and speculation about possible ACTION and with that we may get a bit more volatility and speculation about something actually happening to realise the ASSET VALUE THAT IS STILL THERE. Whoever comes in I expect they will have a very strong mandate to be a change agent and get something done.
