Joe the reason why companies go to SI's is its easier, no legal comeback and what it costs in admin and underwriting give the the 2 an equal price even though it looks like SI's get a better deal. The biggest thing for a company is nondisclosure to SI's where to retail they have to disclose everything. Thats why those who signed up at 6.5 have pay bad luck no getting out of it. Where if you paid the same due to debt and default on payments for CR to make up to 6.5 mil affecting debt payment and ability to drill you would most likely get your money back if there was no underwriting. SO easier to go to non holders.
