33C was based on an un-risked basis. Interestingly, the risked basis valuation was 12.8 cps based on $5 per reserve barrel and a 30% probably of converting the Prospective Resources into Reserves.
Interesting that, valued on their 2P reserves only, JPR are worth more than their peers such as Cooper, Nido, Tap and not far behind Bow, Aed; even NZ Oil & Gas!
From memory, I believe that oil in ground assets in Kazakhstan have changed hands for between US$8 & 16 bbl. I have not found the reference yet but will post it when I do.
