The PFS was started in Sept 2009 by Golder and we heard nothing until 2H 2010, with a one line mention in the quarterly. JP Morgan had sold prior to the information in the quarterly, driving the price down to <40c from +$1.20.
Elaine Carr was on the Board for most of the last year and would have access to Golder's PFS. The Carr family are now selling in the low 50c. I have the upmost respect for the Carr family.
Everything points to this deposit being uneconomic in its present form. Talk of $8 per share is just that, talk. It is never going to happen unless a new discovery is made. LF is here to 'rescue' his investment IMO.
I am not here to downramp this stock, so this will be my last post here. I just want to make shareholders aware of the risks that are clearly evident with CRK.
Follow what the major holders are doing, not what they are saying. Good luck to holders.
