reality check

1. According to the judge MMX stole money from CHM equivalent to 20% of the investment required for JH

2. According to the judge this money was closely enough related to the JH investment, to make CHM be owed an insignificant amount of JH but not directly enough to get the full 20%

3. MMX posters on CHM are either
(i) angry at CHM for stuffing up MMXs run. But this is blaming the victim instead of their own company for stealing the money in the first place. Given 1. and the thin line of 2., CHM has every right to argue its case in court- as has anyone who has something stolen.

or

(ii) undertaking a devious plan to maliciously downramp CHM to try and deprive it of the funds it needs to continue its court case.

4. Either way their behaviour is immoral and futile. In the first case they should get out of denial and stop it clouding their investment decisions. In the second case their plan wont work while Sage is happy to back CHM.

5. I started this thread advocating and acting to hedge my bets with an equal amount of money on both companies. However it was the malicious nature of the MMX posts on this thread that convinced me to sell MMX and put all the money on CHM. ( I also did this for strategic reasons - CHM vs MMX may take years before all the appeals are over but CHM vs IPL and Grimaldi may be over this year.). Never the less it is the MMX posts on this thread that makes me feel like backing CHM at least on this thread if not financially.
