I'm included to agree with you given I'm one of the many that's just gotten seriously stung by BYR!

Similar scenario as PDY, delay after delay, plenty of ramping with a nice spike in the SP and then a slow decent before disappointing news followed by a good slamming, certain entities within the company that have had some bad dealings in the past.

I would hate to have this play out in the same way as BYR but have a bad feeling. Though I will admit that this sentiment comes from some very fresh wounds.
