What sort of KPI's do directors like James Leahy and Peter Landau have to justify their pay? Anybody know what James has contributed to Team Conti hes been there half a year? 26 years of experience and contacts and he can't get any big funds? surely he must have some rich mates, makes you wonder though. Vanmag oh pete when will you focus on this? is it that blood hard your supposed to be an experienced corporate lawyer?

I'm reluctant to put more money....unless they improve their treatment of us holders..
