here is some reality vs. wishful thinking
according to metal pages traders in london had a hard time to sell cerium oxide for $11 yesterday. the price for cerium oxide on the lynas website is $16, a difference of $5/>30%
i think recent price developments are worse than tol issues. in fact lynas might even welcome delays cause in the current debt situation they can't afford to lose money on production with further capital raising like we've just seen it at molycorp.
