The ones who word be in trouble in that scenario would be any ree Company without a fully funded development plan and also Molycorp due to their higher cost base. although lybas might not make much (if any)profit if the basket price was at remember what the plant was design ed at and look at Moly's costs... Moly would likely shut dowe production if it dropped that low putting a floor under prices. Time will tell I guess.

Although without the top operational it doesn't matter operationally what the prices are anyway. It does matter if operational though.
