looking at the annual report again shows that they spend too much on almost every single position you can find. total personnel expenses of >38 million a$ is simply careless for a company that hasn't delivered anything yet except for excessive debt.
most astonishing the annual report completely ignores the current situation about the tol.
molycorps q3 report will be published nov 5. this might give us an idea of how fast production expenses can be reduced.
