    IMO, great opportunity to average up..
    Will be difficult for the sellers to push this under 10c. seems like an obvious buy point at 10-10.5. (at least in the ST)

    Anticipation for the funding being finalised will push this to 13c, if not, the announcement will and you can just make a sweet 30% if you wish
