Do your own research and make your own informed decision. Twiggy at the end of the day will do what is best for him.

For once, I agree 100%. My mantra for years has been to have open mind to everything, but make up my own mind. I don't think I am loyal to any company, its a question of assessment of management abilities, based on past history. Its a jungle, and loyalty beyond reason guarantees disaster.

I too was a fan of Robert H. He shook up the establishment, and from then on nothing was safe or sacrosanct. A gallery of rogues followed, but I had respect for Robert, who I believed was a person of integrity.
Rupert Murdoch also shook up the media. I will never forget one day the market was bidding up the Advertiser, - the rumour being that Rupert was buying. But AFTER trading closed, he announced that he had been selling, - to the very people who were buying the shares because he was rumoured to be buying. Caveat emptor indeed.

As for FMG being taken over, I think it will be one day, but not until AF decides he has proved his point. And when it comes it will be out of the blue. But probably a few years away. And I think that the more he has been attacked the more he feels he has to prove his point. Its human nature. In other words, his critics are feeding him.

Its never dull....
