- Who at CleanTeq has project delivery experience in China? Ealden Tucker, read about him here, http://www.cleanteq.com/about-us/our-people/ and the CEO has done a major deal in Mongolia before.
- If the JV is going to involve a local chinese company controlling the delivery of the project, what confidence is there that this will be conducted at the high standards that Cleanteq has? SIDRI is majority owned by a state run company who built the Three Gorges, they are a serious outfit.

- Does Cleanteq have an office in China?I doubt it.

There is a LOT to like about CLQ, don't confuse it for ramping a pump and dump.
