Well it depends on what price, if there's a huge order close to or match last price, I would assume it will "influence" other traders, can't say up or down (as everyone has different agenda) end of the day it's up to your decision, you can decide that there might be a news coming out soon hence the huge buy, or the guy just desperately need money, etc. etc.
