If large investors are interested they would shake the tree first. They are not in the habit of giving money away by bidding the price up. It could they are not interested or just watching for progress. Time will tell. In an uncertain market spec stocks get hammered IMO, even though I do not see this one as such a specy given the revenue and assets.
