Well, at last I am able to read some sensible comments.

There is no way in the whole wide World that the Management and Board will walk as soon as a NO vote will get up. Totally unheard of and only promoted by someone for some unknown reasons.

My opinion is that we should all forget the crap circulated around here at present and just concentrate on what it matters most to us in this very moment..............A NO VOTE.

If we are lucky enough to achieve that part, and we want or contemplate changes afterward, well we can then concentrate on a Sect 249D and try to remove all the seat warmers that we don't want there. But, to act the in way someone is doing/pushing now, (in both camps), is just like putting the cart in front of the horse. Let alone causing divisions amongst us too.

And one more thing. The MD/CEO cannot be removed by us in any ways or form either. Only the Board of Directors can. Unless of course he will decide to resign himself which I very much doubt it myself.

Forget the bickering and concentrate on our major plan..............Stick together and push for the NO vote to get up. Horse for courses and one thing at the time. As for CB and the CPSA, they should bury their hatchets and go and have a cup of coffer together because all they have been doing is to get shareholders against shareholders. And guess who will be laughing their heads off.???
