WA house prices has been falling. It's not a good housing market over there is my best guess. People in the western seaboard could comment more.

Whole point of FBr, and you can read or hear from what the Pivacs been saying it to reduce waste, 10% reduction is their target. The whole point is the precision in their laying of the bricks, so accurate, you reduce the waste in door fitting, windows fitting. We won't know if they have solved or could claim this till the 10 houses are fully build next year. Suffice to say, it seems they are confident they can do it. Remember, it's a speccy stock, only reason why it's under 20 cents still are the unknowns. Should they be successful in their claims, guess where this is going. You can't compare this to a brick veneer house. A full brick house cost more because of the labour cost, which is what the HX is trying to reduce.
