What Deadline?

If anyone thinks an intention and a deadline are the same thing then respectfully, perhaps it is best to steer clear of this end of the market.

Running over expected timeframes does not equate to the negotiations falling over.

If a shareholder has legitimate concerns that the deal has fallen over, then as others have already suggested, it is best and more productive to call the company rather than to create conspiracy theories and call failure on this forum, with no substantiation what so ever.

There is no need or point for a company to provide updates every week stating that they are still in negotiations and intend to conclude them as soon as possible, it is implicit. if something material changes then rest assured that the market will be updated.

While I concede that it is somewhat frustrating that agreements have not been concluded within intended timeframes (who doesn’t want their dollars sooner rather than later), most understand that this is the common reality in this space and can comprehend that the drawing out is due to Cokal aiming to extract the best terms possible for its shareholders. In no way does that make one a management apologist as suggest by some on here.

Patience is a virtue..
