100% this is what happened. i had a few interactions with him at that time stating that "it may not have been magna dumping" and that "it would be easy for someone to dump into the magna deal and blame them". this was met with constant comments of "only magna could be doing this"
the comment of von's that spoke volumes to me was "they almost lost control" in relation to the SP dropping further and faster. who was they?? hmmm and who was upsetting "they"?
