My concern is with funding. Let's say EXU can borrow around 100 million, that's one hell of a ticking time bomb if anything goes wrong in the construction and commissioning. So I am reasonably happy with the RMS bid but I would like a bit more particularly if it looks like mace is going to be an extensive system.
The sense I get from this is too many big egos on both sides of the fence ...should have been a friendly merger or JV because there can be 2 winners here.
