Proz, I understand your fear and dilemma. Old Saying “ When your up to your ass in alligators, it’s hard to remember that your initial objective was to drain the swamp !”
Sometimes with these LICs, you’ve just got to look at the discount to NTA and say to yourself, thats ridiculous ! And as long as u have faith in the manager, dip your toe in the water. I also have WIC Westoz, put their major holdings in a watchlist, watched the stocks group by 4 and 5. % without the SP of WIC changing, and went in again at 65 cents and again at 78 ? They are now over a dollar and I’d wished I’d backed up the truck. But that’s the fear and conservative factor kicking in. Best Wishes. PJ
