The simple fact is that the share price of a company does not necessarily reflect the exploration potential of a prospect. The trick is being able to spot true potential in a prospect when the market fails to recognise it.
WHETHER SGC manages to arrange the drilling of a well, wherever within its Philippines permits, is the test. If it does then the share price won't be languishing around current levels.
I'm of the view SGC will arrange a well.
