I have been a fan of IGO for a few years but sold half my holding at $8.50 and looking to buy back again. I haven't seen the Deutsche report but it does force a sober review of IGO.
Q3 PAT was around $9m at an average nickel price of around $A32,000 per tonne. Current Nickel price is under $A21,000 a tonne.
At these levels PAT next year could be under $30m (25c a share)so without Tropicana they are probably a $2 stock!
So what is IGO's share of Tropicana worth? As IGO has already stated no news on Tropicana will come out until at least August the quarterly could be a shocker.
In this market I will look at buying some at under $3 a share
