I have to assume that your worst fears are market related and not tio do with TZ per se?? I am reassured that TZ's bright future is not a mirage by the fact that QVT coughed up $24m in one of the worst markets for fund raising ever and they did extensive DD. Also CS would not be proceeding at speed with the SEC filing,corporate rearrangements and underwriting if they were not convinced that near-term the revenue model (upgraded one would hope from the last one we saw in September 2007)has a good chance (if not certainty) of being met.
