Having reflected on this latest development my conclusion is that it is positive that the company has been able to raise a significant amount of cash from institutions at this time.
Anyone who invests in or follows this company must realise that there is a need for more capital for growth.
I feel a rights issue would have shown more consideration/respect to the long-term shareholders.
Presently, we don't know enough about the plans to judge whether this offer is a good deal. As ordinary shareholders we are being asked to take on trust this share offer.
You can bet that the institutions have much more detail regarding the company NMS has in its sights and the assets they plan to buy.
