To me Lange is sticking to his business model to a tee. In all the latest BRR interview he was clear the next stage of the model was global expansion as the australian plan is almost exactly how he wants it except for a few nicjhe services.

The new aquisition seems smallish but its probably just the first. Furthermore, how where they going to pay for it without cap raising? Looking at the presentation there isnt that much cash in the bank when you minus the $50M from the numbers. Might not have the opportunity if he weighted to fund it organically. I think we will get the details before the end of financial year as this acquisition timeframe is quickier than the rest - plus so many new opportunities and thats exciting.

The only slight negative in my book is a SSP. I think rights issues are a fairer way of doing things to reward smaller investors, but Im an option holder anyway.
