Fiveyearplan, have to agree with your post & in particular with the dividends. I believe that it's usual to rely purely on a capital gain with most small/medium goldies but much better to have both. Besides, as I think you've inferred, the paying of dividends will/should boost the sp anyway & would probably attract institutional buying.
