If not a sophisticated or professional as described below then must be retail. If we agree with that definition of retail the very people who call others retail mugs on HC are most likely retail mugs themselves due to questionable if they meet the definition of sophisticated or professional.
Interesting also comments that if a person doesn't agree with a negative poster that person is blinkered and not open to listen to others. Yet the same doesn't appear to apply to the person making the accustation. There is a paradox happening 'open your ears to my negative view or you are a mug but there is no reason for me to listen to your positive view'. Ummmmm what is happening here?
