I really cant remember when I came in. Drilling was for Oil in Louisiana well before the cyclone that wiped out the oil wells. I cant get my hands on the Share Certificate for the moment though I know where they are. Well before 2009 though.
Grandson's dad wants to know what the shares were worth when the Shares were 1st issued. I have a feeling that I thought at the time that I was buying 20c Fully Paid shares for .38c . They had been higher so I thought I was doing ok at the time. Its too long ago. I did buy and sell and bought more including Options @ .18 that eventually disappeared. You will guess I dont know much about this industry. But I have always thought that they were good to buy and sell.
I couldnt work out Capital Gains Tax etc so I shall just hopefully gift them at the loss. Though I dont know if dad wants them ;(
How are you these days any way? Hope you are well and on deck and no set backs. I am having a few which is why I want to get rid of them.
