Thereto, add tin which is not including in the DFS and transport cost over life of mine will only improve.

As for price of SC6+ used in DFS as we are not producing and Andy suggesting or implying is low, imagine if current pricing remains at these levels or even falls further, for at least another 1.5 -2 years, I seriously believe PLS wont be in the hands of current SHs (I.e. as in will bought will out at distressed pricing (debt trap) and /or even restructured and/or even risk of going into bankruptcy).

Andy, all you have to do with PLS is some 2 year cash flow analysis, worst case scenarios based on current Li prices. Next 2 quarters will definitely provide further insight whether increased risk or not.
