IMO Again you are showing your ignorance. Basically global mutual fund mangers can NOT purchase none producing companies.
Only small cap funds or similar until financing in place as a minimum and within these types of investors the PM (portfolio managers) does the work themselves with a shared analyst. These analyst don’t start here on HC, they start researching underlying fundamentals, statements from the company and analyse both at micro- and macro level and look at NPVs et al. Thereafter questions and a conference call is set up with the company etc etc
