re financing what I would like to see is debt and instead of large equity stake, replace said with future profit sharing for a certain amount of years. Also is another way to reduce your your interest rate in your debt. My preference is also long term debt say 5-6 years with possibility of early repayment say after 2 years. That way you hedge say a new financial crisis or similar.

what many forget or don’t know is Equity equals dividends. Debt and future profit sharing can actually be more rewarding for both parties and debtor as in AVZ doesn’t feel there might be a debt trap !!!
