A good question. My understanding is that option holders would get a cash payment less the amount that would have been paid to convert to FP.
In all cases I have seen option holders have warning to convert such as with CR's.
Option holders do not participate in CR's but may convert prior to the CR cit off date.
Others may have more definitive information or references...
